Responsibilities
・ The formulation and revision of IT strategies to align with business objectives.
・ IT budget plan, execution & monitoring and IT cost management.
・ Overseeing implementation and roll-out IT applications, application & infrastructure maintenance.
・ Coordinate with the business department on the management of IT projects and ensure smooth interface between IT team and Business teams.
・ Promote companywide DX activities, Design KPIs and coordinate with stakeholders.
・ Strategic IT vendor management.
・ Ensures compliance with local legal regulations governing data protection & cybersecurity measures.
・ Provides leadership in crisis situations involving IT infrastructure failure, security breaches or IT Incident.

1. Manage logistics activities for current commercial trades and prepare documentation for new business transactions.
2. Handle re-invoicing processes and prepare all import & export documentation accurately and timely.
3. Oversee shipping arrangements and control to ensure smooth transportation and on-time delivery.
4. Continuous Kaizen improvement and feasibility studies to enhance logistics performance and cost efficiency.
5. Perform other tasks or special assignments as assigned by the supervisor.

1. Handle domestic and overseas sales transactions and accounts receivable in foreign currencies.
2. Verify reference documents for customs declaration.
3. Review and validate all supplier tax invoices (Local, Overseas, and Intercompany).
4. Calculate cost of goods, including import duties, freight, shipping charges, and insurance.
5. Prepare periodic inventory reports.
6. Perform recognition, confirmation, and control of transactions by converting foreign currencies to THB according to standard procedures.
7. Ensure accounting practices comply with general accounting standards.
8. Manage domestic and international tax-related matters relevant to trading activities.
9. Others task assigned by supervisor.

1. Support logistic planning and new project preparation.
2. Design and develop packaging & Logistic solutions.
3. Act as project controller and center of contact for new project.
4. Work with other teams to ensure projects are on time and meet KPIs.
5. Analyze data to identify bottlenecks and design operational solutions.
6. Lead Kaizen & Feasibility studies.
7. Other tasks assigned by supervisor.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams, both local and overseas, to align demand and supply plans and achieve organizational goals.
- Maintain and improve demand forecasts and supply plans based on sales data, market trends, promotional plans, and customer feedback to ensure responsiveness to changes.
- Analyze inventory levels to reduce stockouts and overstock situations while ensuring product availability.
- Generate reports and dashboards to track forecast accuracy, demand trends, and key performance indicators.
