- Feasibility Planning systems development plan and improve systems to support manufacturing operations.
- Gathering and analyze user requirements and translate them into system specifications.

- Prepare project documentation, reports.

HR (Performance Evaluation System)
- Responsible for employee evaluation system
- Creating high-quality presentations
- Assist with ongoing work to ensure current organizational platforms and technologies meet the organization's development objectives as effectively as possible
- Liaising with various client groups across the organization
- Create reports in Excel and extract data from our HR system
- Performs any other duties as may be required by Manager from time to time

HR (Payroll)
- Process payroll for expat employees in the organization
- Receives and coordinates requests for leave and other absences

Provide technical support to operations, developing process and reviewing assigned units operating conditions and data with recommendations resulting which maximize the operating efficiency.

• Analyze and review import/export privileges and regulations.
• Ensure compliance with customs regulations and other relevant regulations.
• Economic partnership agreement (EPA)/Free Trade Agreement (FTA) feasibility study and implement.
• Freezone operation and control.
• Prepare applications for import/export privileges and documents for customs requirements.
• Coordinate with customs and relevant government agencies.

Perform month-end account closing activities and reconciliations.
Prepare journal entries for accruals and variances.
Generate and distribute account management reports on monthly basis.

(Full Stack Developer) : Responsible for getting requirements, designing, developing, implementing, and supporting software applications. Prepare technical documentation as required for the project.

Source and negotiate with suppliers which are globally competitive in price, quality, service and consistence.

Manage suppliers to meet objectives related to cost, delivery performance, schedule and quality.

Responsible for overall project management. Performing quality control tasks on budgets, schedules, plans, and personnel performance and reporting on the project's status.

• Create NC-Data and Def. Data for die machining using CAM software (CATIA, Cadmeister, etc.)
• Support the design and adjustment of surface models for die components (outer and inner panels).
• Run machining simulations to verify tool paths and identify potential issues.
• Collaborate with the tooling, production, and design teams to ensure smooth process flow.
• Assist with man-hour tracking and process planning for die machining operations.
• Maintain accurate documentation of CAM programming, simulation results, and process changes.

Facilitate conversation and communication JP/TH/EN and translates a variety of documents (ex.. legal, production, Safety, Accounting materials)
